Rachel has several years of experience working as an executive/personal assistant for a wide range of individuals in the entertainment industry. She work alongside advisors to make sure that any wires or money movement goes out accordingly. She is also very athletic and was a competitive gymnast, swimmer and figure skater for many years.
What are two interesting facts about you?
Some interesting facts about me are: I’m very athletic and was a competitive gymnast, swimmer and figure skater for many years, I have the biggest sweet tooth ever and I could eat a milkshake and French fries every day, and I love bright colors like orange and yellow.
What do you do at Bridge?
I answer calls from clients who need any help, have questions or need assistance with their accounts. I work alongside advisors to make sure that any wires or money movement goes out accordingly. I help coordinate meeting with clients and our team members, along with greeting them when they arrive in our office for a meeting. I assist in any forms or paperwork that our CSAs or advisors need to be signed or mailed to clients. And any other little small thing that the office needs to run smoothly!
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?
I have several years of experience working as an executive/personal assistant for a wide range of individuals in the entertainment industry. I have a strong skillset with all administrative tasks and duties! I really excel in my customer service and making sure that all clients feel taken care of!

What do you like about working at Bridge?
What I love most is chatting with our clients and being apart of their day! I love getting to know everyone a little more and sharing a laugh or two with them!

Your top three favorite Podcasts/Books?
Fight club by Chuck Palahniuk is one of my favorite books and I also enjoy any podcasts that talks about true crime!
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
What I enjoy most when I’m not working is going on a sunset run in my neighborhood, watching any new movies or tv shows (especially thrillers), trying new restaurants while grabbing a cocktail around the city with friends, and doing arts and crafts like sewing and painting!
What are you looking forward to?
I am looking forward to a lifetime of endless opportunities and adventures with friends and family.
What makes you smile?
What makes me smile is being a small part of someone’s day!
What would you do if you won the lottery?
If I won the lottery I would give away everything I have and travel the world. But also, I would splurge and buy a pair of Manolo’s first.
What’s the best adventure you’ve taken? Or favorite place you’ve traveled to?
Best adventure I’ve ever taken was a solo trip to Spain! It was my first time out of the country and one of my favorite places I’ve ever traveled to.
