Jaime has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. She joined Penniall & Associates, Inc. in April 2002 after beginning her career with UBS (formally PaineWebber, Inc.). In 2006 Jaime became Board Certified in Asset Allocation (BCAA) which was received from The Institute of Business and Finance. In April 2013, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer but took on the role of Director of Advisory Services in March 2016 to focus on the firm’s wealth management services. She holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.


Jaime works in operations management, business development and marketing, and oversees the firm’s departments on all new business. She also quarterbacks our Partner Advisors and estate planning clients. As a member of the Penniall & Associates Investment Committee, she contributes to asset management and portfolio design. Her broad experience in the financial services industry has made Jaime extremely knowledgeable in many aspects of both the retail and management side of the industry.

Jaime is committed to working with clients to achieve their financial goals by providing both a comprehensive analysis of her clients’ financial situation and a planning strategy for implementation.

In addition, I have extensive knowledge in client service & relationships, operations, project management, business development, and comprehensive financial planning on both the retail and management side of the industry. Financial institutions I worked at prior to joining Penniall & Associates/Bridge Advisory include: Paine Webber, Stanford Group, and UBS.

What are the Bridge Advisory Core Values that drive you?
Three of Bridge Advisory core values speak to me directly because they are values that I use in my own personal life. These include: Be Straightforward, Be Thoughtful, Be Accountable.

Your top three favorite Podcasts/Books?
I am not really a Podcast listener, but I do enjoy reading. Some of my favorites include: The Treasured Writings of Kahlil Gibran, The Outlaw Bible of American Poetry , The Catcher in the Rye, Tao Te Ching (Lau-Tzu), Memoirs of a Geisha, Yakuza Moon: Memoirs of a Gangsters Daughter.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Being in nature, hiking, fishing, photography, going to the beach, visiting museums & exhibits, travel, visiting national parks, attending writing and art workshops, making jewelry and trying new things (restaurants, adventure, etc.). I also enjoy maintaining my Instagram page for my passion for photography, art and poetry. I am always up for trying anything new that inspires the heart and soul.
