What do you do at Bridge?
I guide the client’s financial future and related decisions toward their goals through planning, investments that match those goals as well as careful attention to tax consequences and strategies. I consider their other professionals including CPAs; and Estate Attorneys, as key team members.
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?
Over 30 years of experience as a Financial Advisor. Prior to that , in commercial banking, I learned how banks make lending decisions. While I started in a huge national brokerage firm, my path lead me to smaller boutique fiduciary firm like Bridge Advisory, because…
I learned a tremendous amount along the way through many market ‘crashes’ and rate declines/ Fed increases, and bank crises. A few decades of experience gives you a better perspective. My Certified Financial Planning designation in 2008 is the cherry on the top.

What do you like about working at Bridge?
Everyone is pulling in the same direction. Offering support to each team member is normal. And our full embrace of tech tools to allow us all to take better care of our clients.

What are the Bridge Advisory Core Values that drive you?
Be Good Stewards is a key guidepost. We are caring for the financial lives of our clients, some who’ve had several generations choose to entrust assets to us. That’s a serious responsibility. We must be both guardians and guides for our clients. Getting all of the partners involved is part of that role.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Enjoy time with family, seeing live shows, taking road trips staycations to local spots
What are you looking forward to?
Vacations of course! Plus I usually get to visit my family in Denver at least once a year, and it is so wonderful to return to my hometown. I also have a subscription to Segerstrom’s Broadway Musicals Series and always enjoy going with a friend or one of my children.
What makes you smile?
Dogs. Any dog in person or dog related video (My Instagram is dogs, dogs, and the occasional baby and dogs).
What would you do if you won the lottery?
International travel with family or friends, get a couple of dogs, and paying off debt.
What’s the best adventure you’ve taken? Or favorite place you’ve traveled to?
In 1985, I travelled alone when my travel girlfriend cancelled at the last minute for 1 week each to London, Paris, and Cosmo/Milan. I was a bit terrified, but when returning I realized how much it was a mindset altering experience.
